A PRIVATE hospital in Winchester has launched a new, private GP service.
Sarum Road Hospital, part of the Circle Group, launched the service to offer patients in and around Winchester face-to-face consultations.
The new private GP service currently offers 20-minute appointments, the length of the consultations allowing patients to discuss their concerns or conditions with the GP.
The service is being launched with Dr Eve Wijayanayagam with plans in place to add more GPs in the coming months.
Dr Wijayanayagam will be able to support patients looking for general health advice, check-ups, and tests, with appointments available to book online for £130.
