A WINCHESTER man has been fined after failing to comply with a community order.
Joshua John Campbell Hinds, of Marnhull Rise, had not been in touch with a supervising officer since November 2022, a court heard.
The initial order was made by Basingstoke Magistrates' Court in July 2019.
Hinds, 28, admitted the breach at the same court on March 20.
The community order had been revoked, but he must pay a fine of £20 and costs of £65 at a rate of £10 per fortnight.
