Drivers in and around Winchester will have 10 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
One of them is expected to cause moderate delays, with motorists facing a holdup of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• M3, from 8pm May 2 to 6am May 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 both directions, junction 7 to junction 9, Lane closures for barrier work.
• A303, from 8pm April 8 to 6am July 6, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A34 both directions M3, junction 9 to Three Maids Hill, carriageway closures for resurfacing work.
And a further nine closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A303, from 8pm May 8 to 6am May 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 both directions Micheldever to Bullington, Lane closures for barrier works.
• A303, from 8pm May 9 to 6am May 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 both directions Overton to Barton Stacey, Lane closures for barrier works.
• M3, from 8pm May 9 to 6am May 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 11, carriageway closure between the slips roads for resurfacing work.
• M3, from 8pm May 10 to 6am May 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 both directions, junction 8 to 9, Lane closures for barrier works.
• A303, from 8pm May 14 to 6am May 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 both directions Hundred Acre to Bullington, Lane closures for drainage work.
• M3, from 8pm May 16 to 6am June 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 both directions, junction 8 to junction 9, Lane closures for barrier work.
• M3, from 8pm May 20 to 6am May 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 9 to junction 12, Lane closures for concrete barrier scheme.
• M3, from 9pm May 20 to 6am May 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound, junction 9, slip road closure for concrete barrier scheme.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in its schedule.
