A LANE was blocked on a motorway slip-road which caused delays this morning.
The delays were on the M3 northbound as one of the lanes was blocked on the slip-road of junction nine towards the Winnall roundabout and the A34.

According to Hampshire County Council Traffic and Travel on X, formerly Twitter, the lane was blocked for around 30 minutes before it was cleared.
Delays are now easing.
