A HOUSEBUILDER has launched the next phase of homes at a Hampshire development.
Crest Nicholson will build 110 homes at its Curbridge Meadows development, located in north Whiteley.
The homes will comprise a variety of two to four-bedroom houses, including the two-bedroom Ashtead, three-bedroom Chesham and four-bedroom Romsey house types.
The houses will all have solar panels installed, with bird boxes, bat boxes and hedgehog highways placed around the site.

Eileen Guihen, sales and marketing director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of our next phase of homes coming to Curbridge Meadows. With the current residents creating a wonderful community, we’re excited to give more potential homeowners the opportunity to move to this thriving development.
“With an abundance of green open space, and close proximity to the bustling Curbridge village, Curbridge Meadows is a great base to call home.”
The Curbridge Meadows development is located less than a mile from the centre of Curbridge. Additionally, Whiteley Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away by car.
As part of the wider Whiteley Meadows development, Curbridge Meadows also benefits from new facilities, including two new primary schools which are within walking distance, a secondary school, and two neighbourhood centres.
