A MAN who was wanted in connection with eight counts of burglary has been arrested after a police appeal. 

Timmy Connors, 27 from Feltham, Hounslow, was wanted in connection with several burglaries across Southampton, Winchester and Chandler’s Ford.

Police carried out extensive enquiries to locate him before turning to the public for help finding him. 

They said Timmy, who also goes by the name Timmy Flynn, had links to London and Hertfordshire - and was recognisable by a scar on his face. 

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said they had found him and arrested him. 

They said: "We wanted to share an update with you this afternoon (Tuesday, May 21). Officers have now arrested a 27-year-old man from Feltham on suspicion of eight counts of burglary. He remains in custody at this time."
