I echo your correspondent Peter Liddiard's concern in last week's letters' page about misleading Conservative Party election literature.
One such that I received called Winchester Future was covered in Labour Party red ink but made many references to Flick Drummond, describing her as "our local MP". This is not true.
She is the sitting MP for Meon Valley and the recently rejected applicant for the redrawn Fareham constituency, having been well beaten by Suella Braverman. She was subsequently adopted by Winchester Conservatives as their candidate for the forthcoming general election without a proper contest.
