A FORMER Hampshire village care home is on the market for a guide price of £1.6m.
The Old Parsonage, in Otterbourne, has a total of 29 bedrooms across the ground and first floors and is being marketed by Goadsby.

“The Old Parsonage comprises the original house built in 1830s to accommodate the curate of Hursley (Grade II Listed). Built in a similar style to those in Hursley, which have fantastic ornate chimney stacks across a lot of the original houses. The property was later extended in the 1980s (not Grade II Listed) to accommodate care home facilities but has been closed for a few years. The building extends to a total of almost 11,500 sq ft and is set on 0.7 acres.
