A NEW yoga and wellbeing retreat is helping people to escape the world with wellbeing days at its idyllic site in the Hampshire countryside.
Wild Meadow in Sherfield English was created by owner Enie Campbell Konig, to share the healing and nurturing benefits that nature provides.
She values the importance of harmonising mind, body and spirit particularly through yoga, Ayurveda (an Indian Holistic Medical system developed around 5000 years ago) and meditation.
Enie said: “At Wild Meadow we believe in the power of nature and mindfulness to heal and restore balance in our lives. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of their experience level or background.”
Enie has curated a group of practitioners and experts to create magical, healing and restorative retreat days in her meadow and bell tent, which is surrounded by woodlands and gardens.
Wild Meadow’s retreat days are led by talented practitioners who will guide people in their journey to wellbeing offering a unique blend of yoga, meditation and outdoor activities along with knowledgeable talks and discussions, with different topics every month including nutrition, Ayurveda, wellbeing, breath work, spinal flow, crystals and essential oils.
Also included in the retreat day is freshly cooked, nourishing Ayurveda inspired food, made where possible from produce grown on site, that will fuel your body and mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Upcoming retreat days include: Spinal Flow - find Balance and Harmony on May 21, Nature and Nurture on June 4 and Immerse in Ayurveda on June 18.
