LOOKING ahead, Colden Common's annual community event will be held in June.
Common Have A Go will be held on Saturday, June 22 from 12pm-4pm at the Recreation Ground in Main Road.
There will be live music, entertainment, hot food, sweet treats, stalls, rides and lots more.

AN Owslebury church has set up a community choir.
St Andrew's Church will be running on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm-9pm.
No auditions or previous singing experience is required. They will learn a variety of songs including pop, folk and musical theatre.
The first taster session is free, with additional sessions costing £7.50 a week and £10 a term for sheet music.

COLDEN Common Bowls Club is having an open day in May.
The event will be held on Sunday, May 19 from 11am-4pm.
The club is always looking for new members, from the experienced to the new.
The run league matches and friendlies between Hampshire clubs. Social events are also organised on a regular basis.

ENTRIES have opened for the Compton 10k.
The event will be held on Sunday May 19.

Entries close at 8.30am on Friday May 17. The race will start and finish near All Saints' Church, Compton.
A JUMBLE sale is being held in aid of the Friends of Owslebury Primary School.
The event, at the primary school, will be held on April 20, from 10am-12pm.
Entry costs 50p. Sellers should arrive at 9.30am. Tables cost £5.
There will be clothing, gadgets, toys, jewellery and more.

TWYFORD is hosting Hunter Park's 60th anniversary party.
It will be held on Sunday, April 28 from 12pm to 4pm.
There will be a tennis tournament, junior cricket match, BBQ, ice cream, football training, treasure hunt, adventure area run by the Guides and a dog show.
COLDEN Common Community Pantry is appealing for donations.
They need non-perishable food or toiletries.
These can be either put directly into the pantry or in the blue donation box at Colden Common Community Centre.
