During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on March 21, the 41-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of theft.
Details of the offence were not included in the court record.
Magistrates gave Smith a six-month conditional discharge. No order for costs was made.
If a court imposes a conditional discharge, an offender could still get a sentence if they break the conditions of their order.
