A Hampshire-based construction company has reported 50 per cent growth in 2023, with its revenue expected to reach £15 million by the end of quarter four.
PAH Building & Construction, based in Sheardley Lane, Droxford, was founded in 2010 by Trevor Wilkins and Mark Cuttris, and focuses on delivering a range of extensive residential retrofit projects, bespoke new build projects and complex insurance remediation works across the UK.
With over 25 years of experience in the sector, PAH delivers sustainable solutions for its customers, and prioritises the energy efficiency of homes. The firm has reported a 50 per cent growth since 2023, expecting revenue to reach £15m in 2024.

Supporting the company's development, 12 new team members consisting of site management and trade roles have been hired over the past 12 months.
This year, the firm will complete projects for developers including VIVO Defence Services, MITIE, AMEY and Annington Homes.

Previously, the firm's work with Annington Homes has consisted of extensive retrofit works of five former MOD homes in Devizes, creating more energy-efficient homes for local communities.
Managing director, Trevor Wilkins, recognises the “incredible growth for the company” throughout the past year, adding he was confident that the business' “growing team brings strong experience from across the industry, enabling us to take on even more”.
