A KINGS Worthy motorist has been fined for using a mobile phone behind the wheel.
Fenella Burns, of Felmer Drive, was caught using a hand-held phone while driving in Sussex Street, Winchester, on Sunday, April 2 last year.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, March 14, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Burns has been fined £63 and must also pay costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £25. The total of £198 must be paid by March 31.
Six penalty points were also added to their licence.
