Naomi House & Jacksplace has appointed Erika Lipscombe as its new Director of Care.
Lipscombe boasts a substantial hospice background, driving many service development projects at Rowans Hospice. Her achievements include enhancing the In-Patient Unit, initiating a Dementia service, and creating a 'Hospice at Home' service plus Volunteer Companions.
Lipscombe, who possesses an MA in Health and Social Care, is currently undertaking a part-time PhD studying influences on patients' preferred death locations.

Ms Lipscombe said: "I am thrilled to join the fantastic team at Naomi House & Jacksplace. Having been involved in the hospice movement throughout my career, I am privileged to bring my experience to this incredible charity.
"In collaboration with my new colleagues, I look forward to building on the incredible services that Naomi House & Jacksplace provide for local children, young adults and families."
