YOU could have the most smoothly-run business in the world – but you need customers for it to succeed.
The service excellence award, sponsored by JM Finn, recognises companies with a genuine and innovative focus on customer service.
Do you know a company like this? If so, you have the chance to nominate them.
The judges are seeking companies that clearly understand and address customer needs, providing exceptional service that sets them apart.
Simon Tufnell, head of Winchester at JM Finn, said: “At JM Finn excellent service is at the heart of what we do – we want to secure our clients’ trust and peace of mind in managing their wealth challenges. We are pleased to be sponsoring an award that celebrates businesses who are also prioritising client satisfaction.”
Organised by the Hampshire Chronicle, Winchester BID, and Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, these awards serve as a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit that thrives within the district.
