One application was refused by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

Mr and Mrs Strange, in Headbourne Worthy, had an application refused for a two storey side and single storey rear extension to an existing semi-detached property. This was at 11 Bingham Road. 

All other applications were permitted. 

In Boarhunt, Christopher Newnes can have replacement private stables at Hipley Corner, Bunns Lane.

Eve Loving had two retrospective applications permitted for work at Winscombe Care Home, Southwick Road. One for a garage. The other was for the enlargement of the log cabin.

In Colden Common, Mr and Mrs Gist had an application permitted for a loft conversion including installation of one flat roof dormer to the rear elevation and three roof-lights to the front elevation, to form additional habitable space. This is at 12 Hazel Close. 

An application submitted c/o Meghan Rossiter was permitted for a hoarding to front of development site, mesh banners, advertising boards and signs and flag poles, with bollard lighting, at land at Sherecroft Farm, Botley Hill, Curdridge. 

Prof and Mrs Harris can have single storey rear extensions and a front canopy porch at Coledown House, Vicarage Lane.

In Kings Worthy, Clive Kemp's application was permitted for an extension of existing ground floor bedroom and provision of heat pump at 20A Springvale Road. 

Tony Bradley can have a single storey rear extension in replacement of conservatory and partial garage conversion at 14 Harestock Close. 

Hilary Clark-Roberton, in Micheldever, had an application permitted for the replacement of windows and side gate at Bramble Cottage, 41 East Stratton.

David Wagg's application for signage at Heming And Co Art Gallery, The Square, in Wickham, was permitted. 

In Winchester, Adam Holden's application was permitted for a front and side extension; and regularise rear extension's facing materials to cedar cladding. This is at 12 Nursery Gardens. 

Mr and Mrs Abbott had a retrospective application permitted to replace and raise side and rear boundary fence at 1 Knights Crescent. Mr and Mrs Abbott had another application for roof extensions, including raising ridge with front and rear dormers permitted at the same location. 

Victoria Sharp can have one Fascia sign at 146 High Street. 

Alison Reid had an application permitted for a loft conversion plus associated alterations to dwelling to include rear dormer, at 14 St Matthews Road. 

Mrs Bond's application was permitted for a detached oak framed one-bay garage and the construction of a detached oak framed garden room. This is at 26 Olivers Battery Road North. 

Joe and Annora Spence can have a ground floor extension, roof conversion and associated works at 22 Fairfield Road. 

Portman Dental Care had an application permitted for Fascia signs at St Pauls Gate, Cross Street.
