Again there is talk of Test Valley Borough Council's plans for Crosfield Hall, this time to destroy the current hall and to build a new one adjacent to The Rapids.
Only if the people of Romsey agree.
TVBC's South of Town Centre Development Plan can not be implemented WITHOUT the consent of the people of Romsey. This appears NOT to be the case.
Lord Palmeston bequeathed Crosfield Hall to the People of Romsey in perpetuity.
