THIEVES caused thousands of pounds of damage to a vape shop in Romsey, leaving the boss in “disbelief”.
Vandals damaged the entrance and “wrecked the CCTV” cameras at Tidal Vape in Church Street. CEO Ben Richardson received a call just after 3am this morning (Tuesday, February 20) to alert him to the break in. He believes damage estimated at £5,000 to £10,000 was caused.
The incident was just hours after another one of Mr Richardson’s stores was targeted in Hythe. Thieves knocked down the glass door of the shop in Hythe High Street before leaving with a selection of disposable vapes around 11pm on Monday, February 19.
