A STREET cleaning vehicle has removed potentially dangerous gravel spilt on the coroner of Winchester's one-way system.
The gravel had been spilt on the corner of Upper Brook Street and St George's Street, near the city centre McDonalds, and had been spread for several yards along the road.
However, it was cleared by a street cleaning vehicle at approximately 3.15pm.
This comes after St George's Street saw a range of problems leading to lane closures, including work by Southern Water and Openreach.
At the time of writing it is not clear how the gravel fell on the road.
Cyclists were seen to ride carefully around the slippery spillage.
