A ROMSEY man has been hit with a three-year driving ban for a series of motoring offences.
Denzil Cannavo, of Selsdon Avenue, was caught in Gladstone Street, Winchester, on Monday, August 21 last year, a court heard.
Cannavo, 29, pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
He was found to have 2.3ug/L of cannabis, when the legal limit is 2.0ug/L. Cannavo was sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on February 1.
As well as being banned from driving for three years, he must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154 by February 29.
