Winchester City Council planning decisions

Roderick Riseborough, in Winchester, withdrew an application for a new boiler, as well as upgrading the hot water system internally, at 13 St James Villas.

In Boarhunt, Alison McClure had an application permitted for the d demolition and replacement of a single-storey dwellinghouse and dual garage, with a new two-storey dwellinghouse and dual garage. This is at Birch Lodge, Trampers Lane.

Roger Packer can change the use of a redundant stable block to holiday residential occupation at Beech Tree in Calcot Lane, Curdridge.

In Denmead, Michael Kendall can have a two-storey extension to the rear and refurbishment at Brookside, Bunns Lane.

Nicholas Smallwood had an application permitted for a ground and first floor extension, replacement front porch, fenestration alterations, new carport, and associated landscaping. This is at 1 The Paddock, Kings Worthy. 

In Oliver's Battery, Bhupendra Kachhawa had an application permitted for a two-storey side extension at 28 Parliament Place. 

In Whiteley, Steve Nahid can have a rear Orangery at 57 Thyme Avenue. 

In Winchester, Tal Russ had an application permitted for changes to external doors on the existing house south elevation, new landscaping, retaining walls and detached garden building to rear garden. This is at Chilcomb View, 26A Quarry Road.

Aaron Windebank had an application permitted for alterations to the staircase walls and alterations to include an internal shutter at Upper High Street Post Office, 3 - 4 Upper High Street. Mr Windebank also had an application permitted for 3D lettering to be located above shop entrance and projecting sign at the same location. 

Reuben Peckham's application was permitted for a single storey side extension at 16 Parchment Street. 

Jason Davies can have a single storey rear and side extension including additional first floor window opening to rear at 20 Elm Road.
