A new British musical has arrived and is everything you need for a good night out - your cheeks are guaranteed to hurt after laughing for two hours.
I Should Be So Lucky is on tour across the UK and this week it is at Hampshire's biggest stage, the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton.
The theatre is just twenty minutes from Winchester, so we couldn't say no when we were invited down to review it on Tuesday, January 23.

Written by pop heroes Stock Aitken Waterman, I Should Be So Lucky is Benidorm meets The Bachelorette.
Except, it is set in Turkey and they are on a honeymoon - but the groom, Nathan, has left his bride, Ella, at the alter so she has gone on the honeymoon with her rambunctious family.
Nathan quickly realises his mistake and flies to Turkey with his best friend, Ash.
What ensues is a series of hilarious, romantic events including many hot air balloons, speedboats, a bone-cracking massage and even a night out in Greece. Phew.
If musical numbers aren't your thing, luckily this musical only features hits from Stock Aitken Waterman, including tracks from Rick Astley, Jason Donovan, and Bananarama.
Kylie Minogue has even given her stamp of approval - and appears as a fairy godmother to Ella through various mirrors and screens.
Lucie-May Summer and Billy Roberts, who portrayed the struggling lovers, led the cast with ease and belted out chart-topping hits with no trouble at all.
Kayla Carter, best friend Bonnie AKA 'always the bridesmaid', easily captured the hearts of the audience by being effortlessly funny while making time for the emotional moments as she tries to find love.
A special mention also needs to be made to Scott Paige, as Micheael, and Jamie Chapman, hotel manager turned Cupid, who both had incredible comedic timing and never failed to make the audience laugh.
I Should Be So Lucky is very silly, but that isn't a criticism, it is the perfect musical to see with your friends and you'll leave with aching cheeks after smiling for two hours straight.
At the end, the audience was encouraged to get up, dance and sing along - the Mayflower was full of joy and it was brilliant to be a part of.
I Should Be So Lucky is at the Mayflower until Saturday, January 27. More information can be found here.
If you can't make the Southampton dates, the musical is also hitting the stage in Wimbledon, Oxford and Woking. All information can be found at soluckymusical.com/tour-venues
