A NEW independent care company is offering its services in the south Hampshire area.
The Armstrong Care Company offers personalised, at-home care plans for people in Romsey, North Baddesley, Eastleigh and Southampton.
The company was founded and is managed by Oliver Armstrong.
Mr Armstrong, 40, said: “The company was established after I had worked in the local community for quite a long time, and recognised the positive impact that high-quality care at home can provide people. We work with the community and other professionals and teams to deliver a service and a level of care to support others.

From my previous experience in care, I know how to go about ensuring that the level of care delivered is the very best we can provide.
“The people we look after are at the centre of everything; it is their lives and their homes. Everything that we do is for them.”
The care company has been registered with the Care Quality Commission – at time of writing it is yet to have been assessed.
Mr Armstrong added: “I think what will hopefully make us one of the more reputable care providers in the area is our passion towards caring.

“I think the care industry can get a bad reputation every now and then because it is widely publicised when things go wrong. But our passion and dedication to ensuring that everything is exactly as it should be is an area we are truly focused on.
“There is a trend now to ensure there is an integrated care system where care providers and other services are working together, and that is another of our priorities as well, as it helps to guarantee a high level of care.”
