ONE application was withdrawn, but all others were permitted by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

Thomas Watmough withdrew an application for an air source heat pump at  5 Park Road in Bishop's Waltham. 

In Badger Farm, Mr and Mrs White had an application permitted for the demolition of a conservatory and replace with new garden room and terrace. This is at 4 Roydon Close.

Mr and Mrs Wikeley, in Bighton, can demolish a conservatory to the rear and construct a single storey rear extension, at May Tree Cottage. 

In Curdridge, Kurt Brown had an application permitted for the design, appearance and scale of all buildings on land west of Yew Trees, Harmsworth Farm, Botley Road.

Mr and Mrs Briscoe can have a single storey rear extension and detached home office and pump room building to replace existing at Bay Tree House, Blind Lane.

Mike Halkides had an application permitted for an extension and alterations to the ground floor and new replacement first floor roof and bedrooms at Lancresse, Uplands Road in Denmead.

Michael Weeks, at Wisteria Cottage, Ervills Road, had an application permitted for a new integral garage with habitable accommodation above, including internal alterations. 

In Hursley, Murray Weston can have a steel-framed barn for the storage of farm equipment, hay and haylage at The Pound, 131 Main Road. 

In Alresford, Agim Elezi had an application permitted for a business sign with the restaurant logo, telephone number and website, at  21 Broad Street. 

Madhu Murtala's application was permitted for a new two-storey dwelling house following the demolition of existing, at Clematis Cottage, 54 Grange Road.

Mr and Mrs Shakespeare can have a rear conservatory at 5 Bramble Hill. 

In Winchester, Mr and Mrs Gordon had an application permitted for two storey front, side and rear extensions; and an enlarged front drive at 41 Bereweeke Avenue. 

Rob and Samantha Plunkett can demolish an existing single storey accommodation to the rear/north and construction of new single story rear and side extension. This is at Hermitage House 71 Quarry Road.

Mr and Mrs Hayes can have a detached outbuilding to create garden room at 35A Canon Street. 

An application submitted by WMV Farming Limited was permitted for replacement windows and rooflights at 11 St Clement Street. 

Mr and Mrs Sewell can demolish the existing garage, erect two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension at 7 Stoke Road.
