Water levels are still spilling over the path along The Weirs, near The Bishop on the Bridge pub, after heavy rainfall last Thursday (January 4).

Roads flooded across Winchester and the wider district, with drains unable to cope with the abundance of rain.
Groundwater flooding alerts from the Environment Agency in Hursley, Littleton, Headbourne, Kings and Marty Worthy, Easton, Chilland, Twyford, Hensting and the Lower Itchen area around Otterbourne.
Water levels in the River Itchen are high but should be slowly falling with dry weather forecast for the next five to 10 days.
