A MAN has been charged with theft from a shop following an incident at the North Baddesley Co-op.
Police were called at 7.37pm on Saturday, January 6 to a report that a man had attempted to take money from a till at the store on Seymour Lane. The man was restrained by members of the public in the store before officers arrived.
According to a post on the Test Valley Cops Facebook page, no-one was injured during the incident.

Tomas David Lloyd, 32, of no fixed abode, has been charged with theft from a shop and criminal damage in connection with this incident.
He has also been charged with a further count of theft from the Co-op store in East Anton Farm Road, Andover, on Monday, January 1, and two breaches of bail offences.
Lloyd is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 8 January).
