AN INDEPENDENT lifestyle boutique in Wickham is closing its doors due to “deceased footfall”.
J’Adore La Maison, in the Square, has announced that it will close after eight years in the Hampshire town.
A clearance sale is currently taking place at the business, which sells a range of home accessories.

Business owner Rayne Caven said: “We’ve had a fantastic 8 years in Wickham and very, very sad to be closing. It’s been a difficult decision, but due to rising costs and decreased footfall, it’s become unavoidable.
“The shop will still be trading until early March with a fantastic not-to-be-missed clearance sale.
“We’d like to thank our wonderful loyal customers for 8 incredible years.”
