A WINCHESTER man has been fined for failing to provide police with information.
On August 14, Robert Serra, of Canon Street, did not give information to officers regarding the identity of the driver of a Volkswagen who was alleged to have committed a road traffic offence at the Central Ticket Office at Treforest, Rhondda Cynon Taff.
The 55-year-old was found guilty under the single justice procedure at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Friday, December 29.
Serra must pay a fine of £660, along with a surcharge of £264 and £90 costs. The total amount of £1,014 must be paid by January 26.
He has also had six points added to his licence.
