AN EVENTS venue and café is celebrating a successful five years since opening.
Kimbridge Barn opened as a café, tea room, wedding venue and events space at the end of 2018.
The business has claimed the top spot in the Muddy Stilettos awards for best Hampshire wedding venue for the past two years.
Kris Anderson, general manager, reflects on the journey since opening with pride. He said: "It's been an incredible five years, filled with unforgettable events and the joy of being recognised as the best in the region. Our cafe and tea room are local favourites, offering a cosy space to enjoy locally sourced delights.
"Among my favourite events are the Summer Sundowner and Winter Warm Up, as these events have allowed the entire team to pull together ideas to create incredible experiences.

"We've cultivated a family-like atmosphere at Kimbridge Barn, and our team genuinely enjoy being a part of the Kimbridge family," he notes. This dedication, sense of camaraderie and shared passion has played a crucial role in delivering a consistently high standard of service to customers.”
Kimbridge Barn strives to support nearby farmers and producers by using local ingredients. Executive chef Matt Whitfield has elevated the barn’s dining experience and made the Taste of Kimbridge evenings a popular feature.
Moving on from the five-year milestone, the business is focussing on growth and providing a diverse range of weddings. Manager Mr Anderson said: "We’re eager to bring to life the vast variety of weddings we have on the horizon, each one individual and unique."
Kimbridge Barn is hosting its next wedding open event this weekend from 10am to 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday. For more information go to idealcollection.co.uk/events/wedding-open-weekend/.
