ROMSEY Bowling Club has donated £2,500 to its president’s chosen charity.
The cheque was handed over at an event at the club grounds.
This year, the club has been raising money for president Bill Reid’s chosen charity, Simon Says.
The charity supports young people in Hampshire up to the age of 18 who have a significant person in their life who has died or is dying.

The money was raised over the year with various club events, a stall at the Mayor's Picnic, and a sponsored walk completed by two members.
Mr Reid wanted to thank the members for their fundraising efforts.
In the coming year, the Romsey Bowling Club will raise money for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
