A ROMSEY man has been fined for keeping a car which does not meet insurance requirements.
Martin Shaw, of Freemantle Road, was found to own a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988.

Appearing at Aldershot Magistrate’s Court on October 23, Shaw pleaded guilty to the charge.
He has been fined £146, with a surcharge of £58.
The 42-year-old was ordered to pay the total amount of £204 by November 20.
