A HAMPSHIRE man has been banned from the road for more than two years for failing to provide a blood test sample.
Tatenda Tapfuma, of Hollywell Close, Swanmore, on July 1 in Portsmouth failed, without reasonable excuse to provide a sample for laboratory analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle.

During a hearing at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Friday, November 3 the 23-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
He has been disqualified from driving for 28 months.
He has also been fined £191 and must also pay costs of £100 and a surcharge of £76. The total amount of £367 must be paid by Friday, December 1.
