I AM writing to complain about the new method of obtaining parking permit from the county council.

I require a visitors' permit. There must be other people like myself who do not have a computer or Smartphone, without which one cannot join the new scheme.

I would like to return to the old method. I want a disk to hand to my visitors to display in their cars. It can then be returned to me for use by my next visitors. Thank you.
