A COMMUNITY library recently raised funds for the Royal British Legion with a book and jigsaw sale.
North Baddesley Community Library held the sale at All Saints Church and raised £30.50 for the Poppy Appeal.
Secretary of the library, Joy Clamp, presented the cheque on behalf of the group.
She said: “Special thanks to library volunteers Dawn Fleeman and Michael Clamp who made sure the sale was a success for all concerned.”
The library celebrated its tenth anniversary in April with a commemorative cake.
