Putting on one side the merits of this planning scheme I strongly implore the planners, council and all other bodies who have the best interests of Winchester in mind to consider this application alongside the Manor Park/South Winchester Golf Club, Kings Barton and former River Park Leisure Centre schemes rather than deal with each individually.
Also to learn from the mistakes of the unfinished major Kings Barton development. It is the overall interests of the Winchester residents which are the priority not the merits of each scheme on its own.
