A top Hampshire department has finally opened its store in Salisbury.

Bradbeers a family-owned business established in 1837 will reopen the store on Blue Boar Row today (Friday, October 27).

The store has been vacant since Debenhams left the city in April 2020, when it failed to reach an agreeable term with the landlord.

As time passed, there had been much speculation whether Bradbeers would open in Salisbury as the plan had been to open a store in the city by the end of 2022.

Director Greg Davies told the Journal previously that they 'remained committed to Salisbury' but their plans had to be adjusted.
