Alan Roberts states in his letter 'Proper debate is next step for hall' (Advertiser, October 20) that Cllr Adams-King has said that the process for demolition and relocation of the Crosfield Hall is too far advanced to change.
How can this be? The Government has just cancelled part of the HS2 rail link after the expenditure of many millions of pounds on design, property acquisition and preliminary construction/clearance.
Clearly it is never too late. So, let’s save our hall.
Keith Lawrenson,
The Hundred,
Romsey
