Three Winchester authors will be discussing their latest thriller novels and crime writing at a panel discussion in a city cafe and deli
Writers, L.V. Matthews, Karen Hamilton, and Sam Holland will make an appearance at Open House Deli on Thursday, November 2, to discuss their latest thrillers, and how to write that perfectly dark novel.
L. V. Matthews is the author of standalone psychological suspense thrillers, The Prank and The Twins published by Welbeck.
For over ten years Matthews worked for major UK publishing houses, before leaving to pursue a career in writing.

Now, she lives in Hampshire with her family where she is setting up a writers retreat business. Her third novel, Silent Waters was published in early September 2023.
A former cabin crew member, Karen Hamilton set up in Hampshire in 2006 before giving up flying to raise her three sons and concentrate on her writing.
Since publishing her first novel The Perfect Girlfriend in 2018, Hamilton has released three other thriller novels, with her latest book The Contest published earlier this year.

Sam Holland is the award-winning author of the Major Crimes series, following brutal murders committed in the south of England.
Her debut, The Echo Man, shocked and enthralled readers and reviewers alike with its sinister depiction of a serial killer copying notorious real-life murderers of the past.
The Twenty is her second novel in the series and will be released on paperback, October 26. Kindle and Hardback versions available now.
This event will begin at 6.30p.m and tickets are £5 per person, available from Open House Deli. From 6.30p.m to 8.30pm, drinks and refreshments will be available in the bar.
