WINCHESTER Sports and Leisure Park has reopened after it was closed this morning due to a fault with its safety alarms.
The building, at Bar End, had staff in high-vis jackets at the entrance to the car park, telling people it was closed.
It was closed from around 8.30am to 11.30am.
An update on its Facebook page said: "The centre is now open. Our team have worked hard to notify those affected via phone call. Swim lesson customers will see a reduction in their December payment to reflect their missed lessons.
"Thank you for your patience.
"We will be contacting those affected by the previous closure period to reorganise sessions as soon as we are able to."
