A HAMPSHIRE man will be aiming for baking greatness as he appears on the next series of the Great British Bake Off.
Keith, 60, will appear in the upcoming 14th series of the show, which will start on Tuesday, September 26.
A chartered accountant, Keith’s main bakes are apple pies and fairy cakes – which he learned to bake with his mum – along with traditional dishes from his mum’s home in Malta. Since his formative years, Keith has never stopped baking.

Recently, though, he has returned to the baking books of the early 1970s to attempt recipes that were once ‘beyond’ him. He loves the challenge of taking on more complex bakes and has grown in confidence with bread.

His partner, Sue, has got very used to waking up to the smell of a freshly baked loaf. They live with their poodle, Maisie, just a few steps from the sea.
The Great British Bake Off will reappear on TV screens next week on Tuesday, September 26, at 8pm on Channel 4.
Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will return alongside host Noel Fielding. They will be joined by new co-host Alison Hammond after previous co-host Matt Lucus stepped down in December last year.
