A ROMSEY Slimming World consultant is celebrating 24 years helping people to lose weight.

Lynn Cox runs sessions in Romsey and Lordshill with her helpers Lin Dennis and Lin Clark.

Lynn said: “I'm excited to share that I've been a dedicated Slimming World consultant for an amazing 24 years now.

“Throughout this journey, I've experienced the challenges and triumphs of weight loss firsthand. 

“My own ups and downs have given me a deep understanding of the hurdles many of you may face on your paths to a healthier lifestyle.

“That's why I'm here to offer my support, empathy, and guidance to all my wonderful members in Romsey and Lordshill.

“Join me in Romsey every Monday at 5.45pm, where we gather at The Abbey Hall to support each other on our weight loss journeys. And in Lordshill, I'll be at the Community Centre every Wednesday, with sessions at 5.15pm and 7pm.

“Remember, struggling with weight doesn't make you a bad person. We all face challenges, and together, we can overcome them with kindness and understanding. 

“Let's embark on this journey towards better health and happiness, hand in hand.”
