Kate Macintosh fails to tell us where these wind turbines and solar panels are produced. Not in this country. China? (Chronicle, Letters, August 24)
How much pollution is produced in the production and transportation, at great expense, across the seas and airways, that we pay for on enlarged energy bills.
Fracking is on our doorstep, like growing your own veg at home. Much cleaner and cheaper.
