AN ESTATE agent has announced the expansion of its business as it opens a new office in Winchester.
John D Wood and Co will be located at Westgate Chambers in High Street, in the building formerly occupied by Connells.
The office will be managed by associate director Kevin Allen, who has been with the company for more than 30 years, covering the country market and its coastline from the Lymington sales office, alongside newly appointed Emily Reeve, who has 25 years of experience in the prime and super-prime lettings market.

This strategic move will create a link between its already established offices in Lymington and Oxford.
Polly Ogden Duffy, managing director at John D Wood and Co, said: “We are delighted to have opened an office in Winchester, providing a fantastic link between our well-established offices in Lymington to the south and Oxford to the north.
“Many of our existing clients live in Winchester, and we are pleased to be able to join a new community and create partnerships within this vibrant city.”
The John D Wood and Co. family of brands has more than 150 years of experience specialising in selling and letting properties with 33 offices in London and the country, listing fine homes and country estates across Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
