Traffic is building in Winchester city centre after a crash on the A34 northbound.
Hampshire County Council's traffic system Romanse is reporting delays due to an incident between M3 junction 9 and the A33 near Kings Worthy, with one lane blocked.
Police have confirmed there was a crash involving a car and motorbike, but that no injuries were reported.

Traffic is tailing into the city centre and onto the M3.
Stagecoach has also reported severe delays on Romsey Road.

A Hampshire Police said: "There was a collision involving a car and motorcycle, but no injuries were reported and all parties are now clear of the area."
