A WINCHESTER woman who used her mobile phone while driving has been banned from the road.
Katherine Doble, 39, of Mead Road, St Cross, was caught driving her 07-reg BMW 1 series whilst also using a mobile device on Jewry Street in Winchester city centre on December 23, 2022.
The offence put her over the 12 point-mark for disqualification.
Appearing at West Hampshire Magistrates Court in Southampton on Thursday July 27, Doble was banned from driving for six months, fined £700, with £85 costs and a surcharge of £280.
She has been ordered to pay the fine by August 26.
