A member of staff at the shop confirmed that it occurred overnight on Wednesday, July 19.

This is not the first time that the chocolate shop and cafe, opposite Rick Stein on Winchester High Street has been targeted. As previously reported, the shop was the victim of anti-social behaviour in May.

Winchester police have been reached for comment.
