A WINCHESTER man has been charged with breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order, after wrongfully contacting the emergency services 28 times.
Anthony Walters, 59, of St John's Road had had conditions not to call 999 unless in a genuine emergency.
After calling 28 times between May 9 and July 18, he was arrested in Winchester High Street on Sunday, July 23 and has since been charged for breaching his CBO.
Walters will appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, August 23.
