A WINCHESTER man will have his expenses reimbursed after he was cleared of an assault.
Ashley Baker, 39, was accused of assaulting Antoni Cmiel in Fromond Road, Weeke, on June 25 last year, a court heard.
The case came for trial on Monday July 3 at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.

But the prosecution offered no evidence and Mr Baker, of Longfield Road, Winnall, was found not guilty of the allegation.
The magistrates ordered that Mr Baker's costs of £19.20 to be paid from central funds.
They imposed a restraining order banning Mr Baker from contacting Antoni Chmiel.
