MOTORISTS have been warned of long delays on the M27 following a crash.
Delays of 70 minutes have been reported due to an incident at Junction 3 at approximately 8.11am.
Romanse, which offers up-to-date traffic reports, said that the delays are stretching as far back as Cadnam.

The organisation posted on Twitter: "M27 Eastbound - Lanes 2 & 3 are BLOCKED at J3/M271 due to an RTC, heavy delays approx 70 minutes backed to J1/A31 Cadnam."

Major congestion has also been reported in Romsey, with delays of 20 minutes reported on Pauncefoot Hill/Maidstone/Bypass Rd between Ridge Ln and Palmerston Street.
It is currently believed that the congestion is linked to the incident on the M27.
