A WINCHESTER man has been cleared of attacking three police officers.
Beau Butchers, 23, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, had denied assaulting PCs Jerram, Lawrence and SI Taylor in Stanmore on April 2.
He also pleaded not guilty to resisting the three officers on the same date in Stanmore Lane, Stanmore.
A trial was held before District Judge Tim Pattinson at Aldershot Magistrates Court on Wednesday May 31.
Mr Butchers was found not guilty and the charges were dismissed. No further details were available from the court record.
